South of the Border Chili

So hearty and warm, perfect for a cold winter day!

Mexican Chili

South of the Border Chili

Recipe

1 1/2 pounds ground beef (or ground turkey or venison)

1~  Large can (29 ounce)  of Tomato Sauce

1~  15 ounce can light red kidney beans

1~  15 ounce can black beans

1~ 14.5 ounce can chicken broth

1~ 15 ounce can whole kernel corn

1~ pack Taco Seasoning

1~ pack Ranch dressing mix

Brown and drain ground beef and pour back into pot

Pour all ingredients into the pot with the ground beef and mix well

Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to very low simmer

Simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally

Serve topped with Mexican Cheese and a side of a warm cheese quesadillas or Tostito chips

This recipe serves 6 – 8
